Suzuki has set new standards for four-stroke engines

Ten years after Suzuki started the revolution in four-stroke outboard motors with the award-winning DF60 and DF70 models, Suzuki is redefining this category with three new models: the DF70, DF80, and DF90. As the first of Suzuki's new four-stroke generation, they are flagship models in terms of progress and performance. Just think of the electronically controlled sequential multi-point fuel injection system, the powerful gear reduction ratio of 2.59:1, and the maintenance-free, self-adjusting timing chain, which Suzuki already used in the DF40/DF50 in 1999. Furthermore, these outboard motors feature Suzuki's proven offset drive shaft technology, which, in combination with the newly developed engine block, makes the DF80 a powerful four-stroke outboard motor. This compact, lightweight design makes each of the three outboard motors the ideal drive concept for a wide range of boat types.

New to Suzuki's product range is the DF80, an outboard motor that opens up further possibilities for boat owners looking for the perfect combination of power and performance. The motor cowlings feature a new design on the sides, and the Suzuki "S" logo on the front gives these outboard motors a sleek look.
