The DF100A is the latest outboard motor in a long line of outstanding 4-cylinder in-line 4-stroke engines from Suzuki. Packed with proven technology, they are extremely fuel-efficient and particularly environmentally friendly.
The DF100A complies with all applicable emissions standards, including the EU 1 standard, and can therefore also be used on Lake Constance. This makes it Suzuki's largest outboard motor approved for use on Lake Constance.
From the moment you switch on the digital ignition, it is clear that this is a sophisticated engine management system. Outstanding features include a one-piece forged crankshaft, a 4-2-1 exhaust system that has proven itself in racing, a computer-controlled fuel injection system, a self-adjusting timing chain running in an oil bath, an air-cooled and powerful 40-amp alternator, and a 2.59:1 gear reduction all contribute to ensuring smooth engine performance at top speed and absolute reliability.
